Business & Technology Director
The B&T Director manages design/development of new product lines; builds internal expertise in turbine parts technology using FEA, metallurgical analysis; and improves technologies i.e. quality control methods (laser scanning), CAD design technologies and mfg processes. Also responsible for valuation of businesses/acquisitions; analyze/consult w/exec mgt on the valuation of product portfolios, patents, capital investment (equipment etc) and technical staff; develop strategies to finance R&D projects.
Required Education & Experience
- Masters Degree in Technology Management, Finance or related field with a min. 2 yrs exp in turbine technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Interaction with executive leadership, customers, and all levels of the organization
- Proven history of results in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving ability
- Ability to interface with emission industry experts (technical teams and management)
- Global experience
